■ Construction guidance

As a cement-based self flowing flat bottom coating:

1. First, polish and clean the ground. The moisture content of the base layer should not exceed 8%.

2. Mix the AB components that have been proportioned together and mix them evenly using an electric mixer (A: B=2:1).

3. Use a wool drum to roll coat, with a monthly dosage of 0.4kg/M ².

4. Roll coat NQ430 high-strength non absorbent interface agent the next day, and after it dries, self leveling cement construction can be carried out.

As an organic coating floor primer:

1. First, polish and clean the ground. The moisture content of the base layer should not exceed 8%.

2. Mix the AB components that have been proportioned together and mix them evenly using an electric mixer (A: B=2:1).

3. Adopt batch scraping method, repair cracks with quartz powder, and then polish them.

4. Self leveling construction will be carried out the next day, and the floating sand on the ground will be cleaned before construction, without the need to apply interface agent again.

■ Storage period

From the date of production, the product is stored in a 0-40 ℃ warehouse and has a shelf life of 12 months in its original packaging state

■ Storage conditions

This product should be protected from severe cold and direct sunlight during transportation and storage, and kept away from open flames.

■ Construction parameters

Theoretical coating amount: approximately 1.4kg/m2 using the drum method
